      Unfortunate ...this company is only getting worse after the Geneva closure..

      It is a job with a monthly paycheck..this is the only reason

      Unfortunately I do not have much positive to say about this company. Employee happiness is last on managements list. The management pushes their employees to work faster/better which is great but then they tie them up in committees and are completely incapable of making decisions such that employees are unable to be successful.
