Everyone working there can maintain a good worklife balance. It is fun working there. You get to work with some of the cream of the societies in your sphere of work.

Cons

The salary can be incresed much more given the high cost of liveing in Switzerland or maybe there could be more coverage of health benefits like dental; coverage of upto two children's education,etc

safe job, nice additional benefits like health programs etc., company which has two major segments: chemistry and pharma - if one industry is having problems, the other could still have a good performance

too big hierarchies - long decision taking processes, sometimes it is like working at the governmental administration, often carreers are not been decided by know-how but by know who ;-); often people are becoming management without getting management skills by a training
