Take note my rating is for Software developers. Compensation was good considering my location. Benefits were also quite good. They left free time to learn.

Cons

Processes can take a lot of time. IT department was not prepared for the needs of software dev hardware and software requirements. I couldn't get local admin rights. Didn't have enough devs
