      Pros

      Everyone feels really supportive. You get your 40 hours and they really encourage you not to work off the clock and just do what you can. Training is very thorough. You only need a bachelor's degree in any field or previous experience.

      Cons

      I came in at a really bad time so I ended up having double the workload than a trainee would normally have. The job is stressful being an adjuster. The clients think you're out to get them so you kind of need to earn their trust.
