People, bonuses, extra 15 minutes for lunch twice a month

Cons

Unrealistic goals, heavy/nearly impossible workload. Morale is at an all time low. Overtime is needed daily just to try to keep up with the workload. 9 months into the new software we still are having problems with it.

The company hires from within so there are many promotion opportunities. The initial training program is several weeks long and adequately prepares you for the job.

Cons

It is an extremely high stress environment. There is always way too much work for an 8 hour day.
