      Pros

      The company offers great benefits and contributes to the cost of the benefits for the employee only. If you have a spouse and or children that will need coverage, it is very expensive.

      Cons

      While the company states they have an open door policy to share concerns or management issues, it is frowned upon to request assistance and will always be re-directed to the branch manager to address the issue...even if it the branch manager's workplace requirements that are the issue.

      Stocks are partially vested after 3 years. Promoting is easy if you keep your diary low. Fair salary and benefits. Interesting job.

      Cons

      Insane amount of work. You are expected to close claims as fast as possible. Manager was not receptive to suggestions. Manager more interested in punctuality than productivity. Low morale

      great benefits, casual atmosphere, and many locations

      Cons

      As far as technology goes, Mercury is still behind the times. IT has so many restrictions that sharing information via Drop Box or any other service is not granted. It is difficult to get these restrictions changed with management.
