Great benefits and competitive salary, relax casual jean wear every day, promotes mainly from within the company, they care about their customers and have an emphasis on customer service. Bonuses are applies when the company is in good economic standing, they match 401k up to a %.

Micro-managing throughout the company, aggressive downsizing of several departments leaving many departments short staffed causing a high claim volume per adjuster and very low morale, very slow moving in technology, little or no contact from upper management and administration,
