Appreciated my immediate supervisor. He was kind and understanding.
Cons
As much as I appreciated my supervisor, upper management didn't care for their people. We lost 9 people within a 6 month period in my branch. People remaining were left with more work versus solving the problem from the root. Unfortunately no pros or rewards in this role.
