      - remote work - promoting from within - very good with pto - overall the company treats you pretty well - training system in place sets you up as good as possible

      Cons

      - job is multi-task heavy - high expectations with audit scores, - sometimes feels like a call center job with how much the phones ring - pay is too low for what the job entails, this role is the hub for all things claims
