      Pros

      Wfh after the pandemic so no commute.

      Cons

      Micromanagers, no ot to work the hundreds of claims assigned to you, high expectations for call backs (4 hrs) and they monitor all calls to ensure the 4 hr time frame is met. No delegation of portions of claims to anyone else within the company. Lots of stress.
