      Pros

      Mercury has a great community. It really feels like leadership cares about the employees. I think the benefits are great but it's my first job out of college. Based on my own limited research, the pay appears to be slightly above average.

      Cons

      Work can be a boring. Communication structure is terrible. Promotions appear to be a time-served kind of thing as opposed to being based on someone being innovative and/or talented.
