      Pros

      In over 25 years, I have seen quite a few “phase transitions”, but the acquisition of CES by Mercury is exceptional. A culture of mutual trust, commitment and customer focus is actively promoted by top management, and as part of a larger group, technology investments done in the past years finally turn into contracts that exceed even recent expectations for growth. I look forward to contribute to the effort to deliver on our promises and keep our existing and future customers satisfied.

      Pros

      Intelligent people, interesting projects, shared culture and values are actually lived, creating the setting for a productive, forward looking and dynamic work environment. All in all a very nice and stimulating place to work.

      Cons

      Inefficiencies in procedures, complicated organizational structure, certain dependency of HQ which slows down things locally; nothing that impacts Mercury as a place of work
