      Pros

      This company thrives on collaboration and out-of-the-box thinking with no autocratic environment and very few "no's". Even in defined roles, you can contribute to larger projects, advancing your career and skillset. The employees, especially in engineering, are incredibly smart and knowledgeable, giving you the chance to learn from some of the best in the industry.

      Cons

      The fast-paced nature of Mercury can be a challenge. There are no defined processes as you're often tackling new issues and solving problems without a roadmap from previous experiences. That said, new leadership has focused on equipping teams with tools and strategies to align on solving cross-functional issues, pushing this approach through all levels.

      The people are generally nice, especially with in my department.

      Cons

      Top level management at mercury is not great, reductions in labor force every 6 months brings production to a halt and has people terrified to come in every day.
