Good at First, Now a Nightmare

Pros

Remote coding position is great. I can roll out of bed and get to work.

Cons

Things were great with my last supervisor who was easy going, helpful, and supportive. Then she left… and her replacement is a micromanaging bully who won’t stop nitpicking and constantly tearing people down. I regret taking this role because management DOES NOT CARE. It's just a case of management protecting management.
