Pros

Some people are very passionate, and work very hard to make a difference.

Cons

Leadership is non-existent. There are small rogue teams that are highly political and yield a range of results. Security and safety in dangerous regions is shamefully overlooked and lives are lost on account of this lack of investment or concern. The latest abuse scandal is really sad, and highlights the weak leadership, including the board, and all senior members who waited for the press to pick up the story before taking any action.
