Shameless executive team

Pros

Pays good salaries for expats

Cons

Executives fires 50% of the workforce from countries in Africa, Asia, South America, on very low salaries but takes a 10% cut on their salaries of up to $500 thousand a year. They sell an asset like shares in a bank and have millions to spare for "rainy days" and decide to rename the NGO, a multi million dollar project, which could fund thousands of war affected people. Increase what staff pay for health insurance, but keep their millions (no exaggeration) of executive team pay and spend "reserve" money for a pointless project of renaming. Losers really.
