Great cafeteria food, i had wonderful co-workers on 2nd shift, 2nd shift worked well together and with other departments, cross training available

Cons

People weren't the first priority, profits were, 1st shift did not work well with 2nd shift, too much cattiness, an unengaged manager, very low morale, bullying

The co-workers are great, physicians are wonderful to work with, knowing your patients is an extraordinary experiance for both the patients and the employees.

Cons

Employee satisfaction has hit an all time low. It used to be an excellent place to work. Due to managerial changes it is no longer that. You can not provide qualtiy care that you would want for your loved ones when you constantly have to watch your back. Experienced employees are being terminated to save money by hiring younger employees. When a company terminates their experience there is no one to train the lesser experienced employees.
