What a great team to work with during a pandemic!

Cons

Pay could be better, however they did just increase the minimum pay to $15

Pros

Love the people I worked with. Liked working with the Physicians and NP's. Nice working three days a week. Befits are reasonable. Yearly cost of living raises!

Cons

In urgent care setting you are Required to work the Lab department with X-ray department, even though "Lab" is not what you went to school for. If you make an error in the Lab department you loose your Lab & X-Ray job. You are required to run both X-ray & Lab with you being the only one in both departments.
