Pros

Not overworked, 911 provider for EMS

Cons

Management revolving door. Micro managing from all angles. No stability in job details. Always getting busy work dumped on you. Treated like second rate unskilled labor. Management won’t budge on wages despite massive turnover due to wages.

Pros

Umm, no- maybe merging with Bon Secour will elevate them (?)

Cons

As previous reviewers said, management expects a "culture of Jesus" that everyone is to adhere to while they lie, cheat, make false accusations against employees, verbally assault employees, talk unprofessionally behind manager's backs, collude to fire without cause, and act in ways that I simply could not believe I was witnessing. If the CEO would hire some top-level, high-class executives who did not grow up here in Cincinnati maybe they could start building a professional, progressive culture. I hope that Bon Secour comes in and fires them all- well deserved and good riddance.
