Pros

Good benefits, competitive pay, standard 12 hour shifts

Cons

Nursing team is always understaffed, expected to work over and to take more patients than state allows safely. Management treats employees with low regard given to needs. Seldom have equipment to safely complete procedures. Would not recommend employment with this company.

Pros

Few come to mind to be honest, maybe that it's pretty stable employment as they are currently struggling with staff retention.

Cons

The hospitals are constantly understaffed at every level. Management and administration seem to care solely about profits above all; they do not value serving patients, quality of patient care, workplace safety, or employee wellness.
