* steady work * Hard to get fired if you do your job duties * Some doctors and people are great to work with * Hours

Cons

* Management can have improvement * Pay raise is not guaranteed or if so need to fight for one * people are allowed to be incompetents if your buddy's with OM * Learning advancement comes with a price * no overtime allowed * Upper management dosnt listen to workers complaint's, just brush off *Meetings are a joke * no accountability enforced with people * They offer a bonus but after taxes it nothing
