Pros

It is full time steady work.

Cons

Lack of communication from management. Managers have multiple offices so rarely to they make appearances in them. Favoritism is shown to the offices they spend the most time in such as daily huddles, potlucks, getting to leave early. Other offices are left to figure things out on their own without any positive feedback. The health insurance is TERRIBLE.

Pros

company appears to be stable

Cons

Difficult to advance into management unless you are a nurse. Despite education and background, only BSNs or MSNs are advanced, even in allied health professions. I completely changed my career path because of this.
