Nice office, good IT team

Cons

Most of the good managers left when mercy cancelled Parallon's contract. The leadership they replaced with knew less than their staff, were rude, belittling, and a couple were quite unethical. This was a group where it is clearly about who you know and not what you know.

Unsafe environment, employees are frequently injured by patients. Management is unaware of the danger of the physical environment to staff and patients. Staff is not supported by management. No room for advancement
