Allot of room to improve and expand your career. Insurance is great. You pick your own hours. The charting system is through epic. Competitive pay.

Cons

Usually short staffed. No discounts for lunch only a frequency punch card where you get your 8th drink free.

Pros

Growing health system with advancement opportunities. The management staff I worked with at my facility were wonderful and very supportive.

Cons

HR was very difficult to work with. Going to system wide policies and procedures was often a frustrating process as many hospitals operate differently.
