Pros

payscale is based off years of experience, they offer full benefits (vision/dental) after a year you get a week paid vacating, 3 sick days, they will pay, at no cost to you, if you pass away one years salary to your dependants

Cons

the interview/hiring process is intense and they require you to do alot of steps before you even start working at your office up to a month

Pros

Great coworkers who are willing to help you in providing the best care to your patients. Coworkers are mostly very responsove in time of each other's needs.

Cons

Very busy. Heavy lifting. A lot of bending and walking. 12.5 hr shifts, breaks usually interrupted. Not guaranteed to leave on time.
