      Every changing business and always changing with the times to better our process and improving on our job to make things better . So moving forward we can only do better. Excelling in our process ......

      Cons

      Work load time constraints collections with a lot of pressure put on us as a whole to collect . I feel collections are a roller coaster ride on day is good and then followed by slot of non collecting days ..

      None really other than learning a technique how to BS your way into advancement.

      Cons

      Managers at Corp level are too quick to hire incompetent people. Tons of turnover sad really there are some really good people who work at Mercy until they find their next job. If you have another offer elsewhere give it serious thought before deciding to come to Mercy Health. Very little compassion for people and if you are not in the in crowd forget advancement. I have never seen in my life such a mislead unqualified place to work within management. Mercy is known as the joke as far as working for Mercy. I'm not so sure having them on your resume is a good thing. Most interviews I have had most managers say something bad about Mercy the word is out......Wake up use the positive people you have and give them a chance to lead

      Wonderful people work at Mercy Health and their primary focus is their patients. They truly are a patient-centered health system.

      Cons

      As with most health system these days, a lot is asked of each employee. Work/life balance can be a challenge in some departments.
