Pros

the staff you work along side are great and not at all gossipy like at bnorth. most docs are nice.

Cons

managers will pick and choose who they want when interviewing for posted job positions. it is not based on how well you do your job or experience level; it's whether they like you.

Pros

Local facility, short drive to work, almost too liberal in employee flexibility to take time off from work. Free parking

Cons

Short-sighted management, easily distracted from leaving projects uncompleted and moving on to other differing projects. Good old boy network of buddies getting promotions that aren't qualified for the position.

Pros

CHP pays relatively well for the Cincinnati market. The facilities are nice and the equipment is excellent.

Cons

For the most part, CHP hires from the outside for their director porsitions. As a result, don't expect much in the way of upward mobility, especially in certain departments. As a long-term employee, I and just about everyone else at my level knows that if we want to progress, we need to leave the organization.
