Pros

Decent starting wage. ER staff is excellent Understanding in times of loss.

Cons

Training is minimal. Bad employees are given the most slack. Hard working employees are given the most grief. Forced to join the Union and they do zilch for you.

Pros

It is an easy enough job, even if you aren’t taken seriously

Cons

Management is absolutely useless. The only time they ever speak to you is to say something negative about you. They do not appreciate their employees and favoritism is evident. Quick to throw you under the bus to HR too. Do not work here, turnover is terribly high. Had a girl quit within her training weeks.
