Cafeteria on-site is nice, day 1 health insurance benefits ,very capable physicians,most coworkers are awesome.

Cons

Toxic work environment, unprofessional leadership team/mentors, no room to advance, culture is terrible, a lot of nepotism. Extremely high turnover for a reason..,
