Decent work/life balance. Average pay. Good hours.

Cons

No pay raises anymore unless job market changes. Bonuses were changed. Harder to get now.

Good CEU fund for providers Great team in a small office Great patient rapport Office manager is supportive Collaborating docs are in the same office

Cons

Working internal Med-Can’t keep MAs, inbox is always full of messages which take longer to do that patient visits themselves Not a lot of vacation time Penalized for taking time off (even may leave) bc affects not meeting RVUs
