      Great insurance, PTO and other benefits - direct management is great

      Cons

      Poor leadership - upper management out of touch with baseline - they are more concerned now days with the profit than healthcare

      Health insurance sucks, back work life balance, organization doesn’t care for its employees (only money), and bad pay
