Pros

Coworkers, and providers are great.

Cons

Belittles employees, doesn’t care about the patient care unless it financially benefits the clinic. Does not live up to the values that Mercy instills in their workforce. Is unable to keep any long term employees due to her management style of micromanaging without the medical skill to support it. Frequently clothing is revealing and inappropriate for a health care setting.

Pros

Flex time, if you fight for it.

Cons

The worse place I have ever worked. Horrible and toxic environment. You will fire if you leader doesn't like you for any reason, if you try to question anything the leaders say you will get in trouble. In my case my leader was never at work. (She) (He) was always "working from home" doing nothing, getting paid to take care of personal business. HR is horrible a completely joke. HR is there to protect the company and the leaders not the employees. Horrible and traumatic experience that caused me health issues.
