Pros

Helping people can be rewarding, however, this "non-profit" is all about the money.

Cons

Poor management. Shady business practices... like canceling my insurance before my end date after giving my two weeks notice... Not paying my approved PTO... Unfair practices of bullying within the clinic... High turnover... always understaffed... doctors ordering tests and prescribing meds to get kickbacks from pharm companies.

Pros

Good benefits. Nice facilities. Some prayer

Cons

Big Healthcare feel. Impersonal. Hr team and leadership are not coworker friendly. We were millions in the green last year but increase in pay was denied for all mid level leadership. We were told that we were hired to do a job at a certain rate of pay and if we were not happy with it, maybe this wasn't the place for us. Small raises. 2.5% is the most common per year. You have to be like Jesus to get a 4% raise and they will literally tell you that. Takes forever to get things done that are needed. Executive leadership plays favorites and trains mid level leaders to do the same. Patients are valued at a $ amount and physicians are overworked. Midlevels do the job of 2.5 people and are paid low.
