Pros

They now offer a flex schedule which is awesome to have the opportunity to only work 4 days/week. The company culture was pretty great most of the time I worked there. It is truly a catholic organization that honors their legacy. For the most part, everyone is friendly and wants to see each other succeed. The work can be rewarding. Direct leaders are very kind, supportive, and easy to work for. There is very little micromanaging. Benefits are very good. Medical is Blue Cross Blue Shield and only a $5000 out of pocket maximum. For a family, it’s about $230/pay period depending on which option you take. One of their new benefits is that they contribute $100/month to a dependent care FSA, which is amazing if you have children.

Cons

Everyone gets nervous at the end of the fiscal year (June) because there are typically layoffs. During Covid, they raised the entry level minimum pay to $15/hr which is great for entry level. But, there was no bump for the rest of us making more. Also, there is a career ladder that everyone starts at the bottom of regardless of past experience. I don’t think this is fair when this involves not only titles but pay as well.

Pros

Great people, good management, and neutral clientele.

Cons

Would be easier if pay was better and ratios were mandated.

Pros

incentive shifts, always availability for pick up

Cons

no management, charges nurses used as supervisors and they don't know much and cant provide help, lazy staff, snitching, constantly under new management, staff safety doesn't matter, staff attacked by patients all the time and constantly short staffed. People look at you crazy when you ask for a break and very lazy nurses.
