Pros

Mercy is the only place I have worked that "talks the talk AND walks the walk." Our values are exhibited in each caregiver--leadership and first-line and all points between. The work is meaningful. The work-life balance is there. The teamwork is awesome. I plan to retire from here, Lord willing--and I have 10+ years left until retirement.

Cons

Remote work can lead to a slight disconnect between teams. However, we easily overcome this with virtual meetings.
