Pros

Learning experience Work hours - M-F 8-4 Opportunity for bonus shifts Great pay if your an RN

Cons

They do not care about their employees at all Huge pay gap between RNs and SWs for doing the EXACT same job. Constantly adding more job duties into your role without warning You are punished for being sick so do NOT get sick or call in- unless your management Very cliquey Same rules do not apply to all Management is rarely there Very low pay for social workers Terrible insurance - might as well not even be insured All they care about is length of stay and pushing the patients out so management gets their big bonuses and not about the actual patient so the same patients continue coming back over and over. The manager and team leads lie and say theyre completing clinical hours to become licensed social workers but there is ZERO clinical work that would qualify for your License. They have a licensed SW lie each week and sign off on their "clinical" hours. Youre punished for speaking up No team building HR could careless Poor management If you're 15 minutes late, you lose 4 hours of PTO

Pros

Benefits were solid and competitive with the market. Salaries were a bit below market when I was there.

Cons

There were always fires to put out and they were always looking for ways to do the job with fewer bodies.

Pros

Good pay, decent benefits, work culture is nice, if a bit patronizing

Cons

Trending towards an obsession with "efficiency" in the form of making us document literally every single thing we do outside of breaks and lunches. Rigid management structure--they say all managers have an open door policy, but that's not true. You have to go through your direct supervisor and them alone or you get a "discussion" or written up about it. Good luck if you're having problems with them or don't trust them.
