Pros

It's a job, that's all I have.

Cons

Pay is not even close to the national average, low level workers are not paid even a livable wage. While admin positions, doctors, and a small other positions get paid more than they are worth. They do not take care of their employees with the annual profits soar. They continue to build new buildings and give themselves nice bonuses and wage increases, However, they do not take care of and do right by those that actual keep their hospitals running.

Pros

Flexible scheduling for 3 different shifts, and you can move around in the company easily.

Cons

Cheap, keeps cutting staff, and won't buy new equipment or pay for needed repairs. Over half of the hospital's elevators are constantly out of order, and the main elevators by the ER have been out of service for two years.
