Pros

the organization is diverse and on paper the logistics seem to make sense.

Cons

Realistically the logistics and operations are not practical. The organization itself seems like it has gotten too big for leadership to handle. While it seems they run the hospital well, in order to run the overall organization, you have people other than healthcare workers that still push forward the values of the organization, yet they seem forgotten or as an afterthought with little done to compensate for lack of alignment. The organization also has surveys to take the input of staff, however leadership asks to not be honest on surveys as it will reflect badly on the department.

Pros

Nothing special about working here.

Cons

Psycho leadership. You get in trouble for even being on your phone at work in down time. Terrible staffing ratio. Mid day assignment changes. Building is falling apart with leaking ceilings. Everyone walks around like they have a stick up their butt.
