Pros

you have a job, and you are able to move around, you can get a lot of Benefits if you know where to look

Cons

they Nickle and dime you when your annual review is due, if you ask for a raise not related to your review, they will gaslight you and hope that you will eventually forget. depending on what your position is, is depending on how well you are treated. they only care about patient care; they do not care about employee health. If you switch positions, they rarely do lateral moves. they do not want to give you the extra pay even though they need the help. they do a bait and switch on job sights as far as job titles go. it is all one big game to them.
