Pros

The benefit package, 401K and the PTO are fantastic. The coworkers are equally phenominal.

Cons

I can only attest to my specific department and direct management. Work hours at hiring are not as promised. Seniority, loyalty, work ethic hold no weight.

Pros

The teamwork is great overall, almost everyone is nice to each other, I appreciate that about Mercy very much. When it gets real hectic it's nice to know you have a good team. There's always people who are sometimes not as helpful or show attitude but that does not reflect upon Mercy as a whole.

Cons

As an RN, it's frustrating sometimes when I don't have a good CNA, especially ones who show attitude or make excuses when asked to do something. That has happened a couple times on the floor with a couple CNAs but the rest are great and will make time for the tasks I assign them. Also the workload is at times too much with a max of 6 patients, it gets difficult to provide quality care with that many patients.
