Pros

Mercy has a great atmosphere. It is a religious organization, yet somehow doesn't cross the line to be overpoweringly religious. Another pro is that their is usually a strong presence of management, which isn't for everyone but I tend to think it helps the flow of things. Something else that is worth mention is that they offer great healthcare benefits.

Cons

The biggest con for working at Mercy is their pay. This could be just my position, but I hear it all around. They make up for it with their benefits, mostly, but I wouldn't exactly call their compensation "competitive."
