Pros

Mercy values in name only. Money comes before patient safety. Understaffed and lowest compensation in the area.

Cons

Poor staffing. No sitters even when needed so patients can be discharged. Poor compensation, no lunches or breaks during night shift, rounding up hours so if you punch in at 0645 and out at 1930, you won't get paid for 0645 to 0700 at all.

Pros

The people at Mercy are fantastic. They have a great sense of caring and humility, and are always quick to smile and ask how you are.

Cons

Leadership sems somewhat disconnected from what is going on there, and don't listen as well as they should.
