      Pros

      Clean hospital, the resources they provide the nurses to make their job easier are excellent. I've been in hospitals with less than stellar resources. Nice co-workers, every one works as a team. Issues are addressed with upper management, but don't seem to be taken seriously.

      Cons

      PTO is great, except that you usually have to use it to make up for being called off due to low census. As an LPN, you are the first to be called off. It's a great job other than being called off or being forced to come in and work as a tech instead.

      Pros

      Team. Work. We shared the culture of yes. Not only yes to our patients but also to each other. It encouraged to remind all of us the core values.

      Cons

      The hospital was closed by the group that owned it. I believe if given more time our leaders had great day plans to helped the community as well as the VETS.

      Pros

      There are a lot of opportunities for growth, they do a lot of community outreach, and there are wonderful programs for employee assistance such as the coworker crisis fund where they help coworkers during rough times.

      Cons

      They are VERY selective in their hiring process and tend to not take chances when hiring someone.
