decent benefits and perks, praying is encouraged at work which is great
Cons
Lack of direction, training, or retention tactics. Flying by the seat of your pants isn't always a good thing. Way to many meetings, and not enough work being done. If you are so bogged down by meetings you cant get anything accomplished or spend time growing your employees, it is counterproductive.
