      Very high turnover

      Pros

      Working at a hospital, there was always flexibility to pick up more shifts.

      Cons

      Grossly understaffed all of the time, 12-hr shifts became 16-hr shifts, very high turnover, and after years of employment my pay raise was a total of $2.50/hr.

      Good teamwork, great management on this team, pay is good

      It’s a hospital so profit is first but this is way less noticeable here than others I have worked at.
