Pros

Pay Proximity to home Many talented people working for them

Cons

Insurance - only one plan Work/Life balance at zero. No chance to work from home (professional non-clinical position) Many upper-level management changes, i.e. changing roles of management so that "co-workers'" manager changes often. The manager I reported to changed three times in two months. Lots of favoritism by senior management to lower level employees, childish, game-playing atmosphere perpetuated by senior management, gossiping. Position duties and responsibilities not as described in the interview

Pros

Friendly place to work, pay and benefits aren't too bad, job security.

Cons

They really need more parking....their solution to easing the parking situation: making new employees and students park at Church of the Servant or get ticketed.
