Pros

MercyOne has A LOT of work to do before I can say anything positive about them.

Cons

Employees are overworked and under appreciated. Additional work is thrown on high performers instead of just hiring additional staff, because they are financially unstable. Management dismisses feedback and will throw their own work on the people that report to them. Benefits and pay are terrible, especially for the stress and scrutiny you are under here. Leaving was the best decision, and I encourage others to do the same or steer clear of MercyOne as an employer.
