      Once great program lost it's focus on mission

      Pros

      Well established program and pillar within the community.

      Cons

      Management decisions over the last few years have led to a decrease in team morale. Used to be client focused and had supportive management. But after retirements , there's been a lack of quality leadership. This is driven away, long-term dedicated employees.

      collaborative environment, engaging and fun workplace, great learning experience prior to starting my doctorate of physical therapy program.

      Cons

      Smaller hospital, as a rehab tech there were not many opportunities to advance.
