Pros

They keep increasing your hourly rate to make you stay.

Cons

The hospital was bought by TrinityHealth and from the moment it went downhill. I have been there for a decade and use to be proud to say i worked there and saved hundreds of live with the amazing nurses and doctors i worked with. But the COO and CNO just want blood money. They dont care about patients, nurses, doctors, environmental workers. NOTHING. Do you know what they care about? how big their pockets get and how many of people they can hurt without getting caught.

Pros

Staff, Money, Flexibility with Schedule, Four 10's, Boss is Great

Cons

Trinity/Mercy is driving that hospital to the ground. Mandating more call while decreasing incentive, lost their anesthesia group which has completely affected the ENTIRE hospital. I will NEVER work for Mercy again.

Pros

Flexible Schedule Weekend Pay Optional work at local events Good health benefits

Cons

Limited CME opportunities and no employed trainer currently. Management is majorly unhelpful and often unavailable to employees who work outside of typical office hours. Upper level does not hold individual employees accountable
