Small hospital creates a family atmosphere

I can't say enough about how fantastic MercyOne is! Having received incredible medical care here since I was a child, it’s amazing to now be part of the team as an adult. The support I’ve received has truly changed exceeded my expectations in the workplace. One of the best things about working here is the amazing work-life balance. The hybrid schedule allows me flexibility for my work and personal commitments. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where my well-being is prioritized. My colleagues are incredibly supportive, and I never feel dumb when I ask questions; instead, I’m met with encouragement and helpful advice. It’s a place where learning is encouraged, and everyone is invested in each other’s growth. Overall, I feel truly grateful to be part of such an outstanding organization.
